I absolutely love this short documentary from Beyonce and thought it was appropriate to share as we start off the work week. Love her or hate her, you can’t deny her amazing talent, drive and leadership skills. Her success is not a game of chance or pure luck. It’s based on a plan that has been well executed by her father. But with all plans, everything needs to be revisited and possibly revised, as we are now seeing as she manages her own career and takes it to the next level.
The lessons in all of this - even as perfectionists and worker bees, we have to remember to “relax, relate and release.” Life can truly be limitless if we allow it to be. But it requires that we stop and live life, enjoy the moments and continue to go for the best. After that regroup and make modifications to your plan as necessary. You only need to prove your worth to yourself!
